Accelerate's Boot Camp is a group fitness
program that provides participants with a total body workout using a variety of exercises to get you moving and working at
a pace you haven't kept since youth.The whole boot camp fitness craze was taken
and adapted from the military's basic training program for new recruits who needed to be whipped into shape in record time.
While the leaders of some boot camps across the state are strict, mean, and intimidating, Patsy will put you at ease and make
you feel good right from the start. While she expects a lot and pushes you hard, she smiles as she guides you through
the next drill. Patsy welcomes all fitness levels to attend her camp.
