Accelerate's Boot Camp is a group fitness
program that provides participants with a total body workout using a variety of exercises to get you moving and working at
a pace you haven't kept since youth. If you are looking to get fit fast and have fun, you should try Accelerate's boot camp program.
It's a one hour class combining high intensity cardio, upper and lower body strength training, plyometrics, agility,
balance and stretching. It changes every day so you never know what to expect. Patsy welcomes all fitness levels to
her boot camp classes.
