Accelerate provides individual and small group training for young athletes
who want to increase their endurance, speed and reaction times out on the field and gain an advantage over the competition.
Speed and agility drills will increase reaction speed, quick turns and improve
endurance. Plyometric drills will increase strength and power.
Special
attention is given to teaching athletes how to reduce knee injuries by focusing on form, alignment of lower body,
